The Governor has signed an order to extend the eviction moratorium for commercial tenants through March 2021. The residential market continues to be a bright spot in terms of property values, but is struggling to meet buyer demand due to an extreme lack of inventory.

And yet there is so much pent-up buyer demand that sales prices have continued to climb higher.
