When you hire me as your buyer’s agent, I will be putting my years of experience as a Sacramento resident and as a Sacramento Realtor to work for you. We will discuss your goals, and how I can be a strong advocate and resource for you. I will put you in contact with a best-in-class loan officer so you can begin the pre-approval process. I will take detailed notes when you tell me your search criteria. Is this your first home? A second home/vacation home? Strictly an investment? How many bed and baths would you like the property to have? These and many more questions will help me establish your client portal which will provide you with accurate and up-to-the-minute information on matching properties.
I will help you review marketing photos, virtual tours, aerial views and street views of properties you select so I can provide valuable insights to condition and location before we visit a home in person. I’ll schedule viewings for you of properties that you are interested in, and listen to the pros and cons you see at each home we visit. When the right property is found, I will help you write up a strong offer, while putting your best interests at the forefront. I will present your offer to the seller in the most professional manner, while highlighting your strengths as a buyer, the experience of your team (myself and your loan officer), and your good faith in pursuing the home you’ve selected.
Once in contract, I will help you in ordering inspections, will assist in reviewing disclosures and reports on the property, and will advise on the timing of your contingency removal. I’ll be there for you when the time comes to sign your loan documents, and I’ll be there for your final walk-through before closing.
From the first time you email me, to the day I hand you the keys to your new property, I will be there as an advisor and as an advocate every step of the way.
